1.1 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

You will need to open a wholesale business account with us by contacting us on: or 0121 665 6389 and providing your name, company or shop detail, address etc. Then we can arrange a business meeting and show you the product range that we offer and start taking orders. This process should be done hassle-free.

We will also need to run credit check on your company, and require a signed Credit, T&Cs from you prior account opening.

1.2 How do I order?

Please go through our business catalogue or website for the full information regarding the items you’d like to order. Then you can email, fax us your order form or call us to order via phone.

1.3 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. You can call us to make payment over phone, or send us cheque or make a bank transfer.

1.4 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a call or an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. We will then make a quote of how much your item is, and ask for your approval. Once everything is confirmed. we will send out your order with tracking details.



2.1 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This may take longer during festive period such as Christmas, Easter etc, thus advanced ordering in highly recommended.

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We only use Express Delivery with time frame is approximately 1-2 working days from dispatch. This is applicable only to all UK deliveries.

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.

2.3 How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders or contact us for assistance.

2.4 What are the shipping charges like?

Shipping is FREE for all orders from £2000 in the UK . For international deliveries, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration

2.5 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

We generally only ship the business address that you registered with us. If there is any reason that you require a different shipping address, please discuss with us in advance.

2.6 There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

We apologize if the issue happens even though our warehouse team always try their best to double check everything before dispatch.
